Do you test on animals?
Absolutely not! All of our products are, and will continue to be proudly certified PETA Cruelty Free 🐰We do not test our products on animals, nor do we condone such practices in any phase of our manufacturing process.
How can I find out the ingredients used in a certain product?
Each product page on our website will list out the ingredient lists whenever possible. Otherwise, another great way is to examine the label on the product itself. If the label is in Korean, or if you have more specific questions about any product formulas, please contact our customer service department on our contact page!
Do you offer samples?
Unfortunately, we do not offer sample sizes of our products at this time since many of them are pre-packaged in sachets (i.e. sheet masks). However, we do include an awesome free gift with every order so you can try something new with your purchase!
Is my product expired? How will I know?
Most of the products we sell have an expiration date printed or imprinted somewhere on the packaging for your reference.
If you see a date that predates your time of purchase, do not be alarmed! It is commonplace for Korean manufacturers to print a "manufactured date" instead of an "expiry date." A good rule of thumb is to assume a shelf life of three years from the "manufactured date." We're committed to distributing the highest quality products to our customers, and so you can rest assured that we will never sent out ones that are expired (or close to expiry).

HELP! How do I store and keep my products?
Unfortunately, beauty products are temperamental, and can go bad. Proper storage will allow you to optimally use your product during its shelf life. Keep caps tightly sealed, store products away from heat and direct sunlight. If you detect any changes in appearance, texture, and/or odor in any products, discard them. Better safe than sorry!
